Blending corporate, consulting and coaching experience, my focus is on leadership development, performance improvement and professional career development.

By combining my interests in talent management, developing people and professional coaching, I thrive in business environments that encourage employees and management to collaborate and grow to their highest potential.

I have first hand experience leading people, and professional coaching at all levels of an organization; from the sand mine to the C-suite! My measure of success is to develop, through coaching and mentoring, employees to the next level of their potential.
